Principals

With more than 60 years combined experience as investment professionals, Richard Early, Scott McClintic and Dan McMillan have created a conservative methodology that has benefited their clientele and established an atmosphere of mutual trust.

Early Richard Early
A graduate of the University of Houston, Investment Consultant and holder of the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation, Richard began his career in the financial services industry with Prudential in 1983, moving to PaineWebber in 1987, where he worked for ten years until the establishment of Early, McClintic & McMillan in 1997. In his free time he devotes his expertise to a variety of volunteer causes, having served as an officer for the board of trustees of Child Advocates of Fort Bend County, the Exchange Club of Sugar Land, Southminster Presbyterian Church and Southminster School. Richard has also chaired successful capital campaigns for Child Advocates and the Fort Bend Family YMCA. 
McClintic Scott McClintic
A graduate of the University of Texas and a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Scott's career as an investment professional started with Prudential Securities in 1986. He moved to PaineWebber in 1988 where he worked for a decade, leaving with his partners to establish Early, McClintic & McMillan in 1997. A community leader and accomplished volunteer fundraiser, Scott has served as Chairman for the Fort Bend Family YMCA board of trustees. He has also chaired both their outreach programs and their annual scholarship drive for lesser privileged children. He also has served as a board member, Past President and active volunteer with the Exchange Club of Sugar Land, having chaired numerous committees and the club's annual Spaghetti Supper, which hosts thousands of attendees.
McMillan Dan McMillan
A graduate of Texas A&M University and a Certified Financial Planner™, Dan's career in the investment field began in 1986 with Prudential Securities. Moving in 1988, he worked at PaineWebber for ten years until the establishment of Early, McClintic & McMillan in 1997. A committed volunteer leader, he has served on the board of the Exchange Club of Sugar Land, the Advisory Board and Capital Campaign Committee of the Fort Bend Women's Center and a variety of committees at River Pointe Community Church. He has been actively involved in the Fort Bend Young Life organization. Dan has also devoted his considerable organizational talents to chairing Santa's Exchange, which provides Christmas gifts to thousands of lesser privileged local children.
