COSTS

Early, McClintic & McMillan charges a quarterly fee for investment and financial planning services (for more information, please refer to the firm's ADV Part 2), which is based upon an annualized percentage of the assets that are being managed on your behalf. EMCMC’s current incremental fee schedule is:

For clients who desire and/or require only stand-alone financial planning services (i.e., no investment management), EMCMC charges an hourly planning fee. EMCMC’s current hourly planning fee is $250/hour.

EMCMC is an independent firm. Custodial services are offered through Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. Member FINRA/SIPC. Raymond James may charge additional administrative, custodial and/or fixed transaction fees for various services offered to clients.

INVESTMENT PLANNING SERVICES:

Comprehensive Assessment – Detailed fact-finding and comprehensive analysis of your complete investment picture, including your goals, timelines, liquidity needs and risk objectives.

Custom Lifetime Investment Plan – Creation, implementation, monitoring, and ongoing modification (as needed) of a lifetime investment plan, which will include development and maintenance of a detailed investment policy statement with custom asset allocation targets.

Investment Evaluation, Selection and Management – Identify, evaluate, select and monitor underlying investments (e.g., stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.) appropriate for your lifetime investment plan and resulting asset allocation targets.

Annual Client Conference Including Investment Portfolio Performance Evaluation – Meet in person or by conference call on at least an annual basis to discuss: i) possible changes to your investment goals, timelines, liquidity needs and/or risk objectives, with resulting modifications to your lifetime investment plan; ii) your investment portfolio’s updated performance including any recommended changes to the underlying investment holdings, and; iii) portfolio rebalancing recommendations to comply with your lifetime investment plan and related asset allocation targets.

Portfolio Reports – Provided in the context of ongoing portfolio monitoring, evaluation and resulting conversations with you (or “on demand”), comprehensive current investment portfolio performance reports ** and asset allocation analysis.

Unlimited Phone Calls and Emails – Unlimited access to the entire staff throughout the year to discuss any questions you may have regarding your lifetime investment plan, related service matters, or any other question of a financial nature (i.e., insurance, tax, wills and trusts, etc.) related to your lifetime investment plan.

Income Tax Return Information Support** – Limited assistance in compiling the pertinent tax information related to your investment portfolio in order to provide you and/or your accountant with the data necessary to file a complete and accurate return.

Monthly Account Statements* – Detailing all holdings, account activity, and account by account investment performance information.

Online Account Access* – Detailing all holdings and account activity.

Worthwhile Magazine – Published by Raymond James, Worthwhile is a quarterly magazine dedicated to a variety of timely investment and planning topics.

Annual Tax and Financial Planning Tables** – Detailing annual income tax changes, tax rates, key tax rules, and important deadlines.

FINANCIAL PLANNING SERVICES:

Financial Goal Plan* - Comprehensive assessment of your current financial situation, goals and related resources.

Retirement Planning - Pre-retirement accumulation planning and post-retirement distribution planning.

College Planning – Education funding assessment and analysis.

Cash Flow Planning – Income analysis, debt management review and budget statement.

Estate Planning Support – Analysis and assessment of need to consult an estate planning attorney; assistance in implementing estate plan.

Insurance Planning – Life, disability, and/or long term care insurance review and needs analysis.

Employee Benefits Planning – Company retirement plan (e.g., 401k) investment evaluation, selection and monitoring; stock option planning; other employee benefit (e.g., major medical, life and/or disability insurance, etc.) review and assessment.

Charitable Giving Planning – Assessment and analysis of philanthropic strategies and related vehicles.
