Due to her 10+ years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry, Alicia’s customer service and leadership skills have served as the foundation for her working principles and have instilled an innate desire to ensure any client’s satisfaction, making her transition into the financial services industry a perfect opportunity.
“At Early McClintic & McMillan, I really appreciate the attentiveness with which the financial advisors and everyone on the team, treat the clients,” Alicia says. “I realize the depth of the relationships we nurture extends beyond the day-to-day transactions. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Alicia moved to Conway, Arkansas, to attend Hendrix College where she studied Psychology and Anthropology. At Hendrix, Alicia furthered her passions for research and writing while also playing for the Field Hockey team and participating in multiple student charity organizations. Still with a yearning to use her creativity, she likes to spend her free time painting, reading, gardening or exploring the outdoors. She also enjoys spending as much time as she can with her family and friends.
