This quote by Charles Dickens precisely describes the servant leadership style that Jasmineh Guerra offers customers and team members as the firm's administrative assistant. She finds her job fulfilling and feels a sense of accomplishment when supporting others quickly and efficiently.

Jasmineh has worked in a variety of roles since graduating from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. Most recently in the Health and Wellness industry, she has also worked in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Construction and Waste Management. While she has primarily assisted in office settings, she is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get her hands dirty working on the front line.

As a Texas native from Brazoria County, Jasmineh enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring the communities where she lives and works. She also prioritizes physical and mental health through challenging workouts at the gym, meditative reflections while walking in the park, and volunteering in the community.

At the end of the day, Jasmineh likes to relax by reading a good sci-fi book, watching a foreign film or painting. On the weekends you can find her spending time with her family and friends also her cat Zo.
