Ian McClintic believes there are only two things people can control in life: their attitude and their effort. That’s why he strives to bring both hard work and positivity to his role as a financial advisor, building lifetime financial plans for his clients. Also, as a student of history, Ian tries to bring a grounded long-term perspective to his guidance.

A graduate of Texas State University, Ian holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, as well as the Certified Financial Planner™ certification. During his time at Texas State, he served as president of the Financial Management Association, and he is a graduate of the Fort Bend Leadership Forum. He joined the Early McClintic & McMillan team in 2012 and became partner in 2018.

Ian is a native Houstonian, living in the Spring Branch area with his wife- Megan, son- Mason, and daughter- Grace. When he is not playing with Mason & Grace, Ian enjoys reading, smoking brisket, and brewing his own beer.
